For the price paid, this hotel beat expectations. It’s next to water walkway with nice decor inside. The lobby is clean and the room has bed, sofa, small table with chairs, mini fridge and microwave. The decor looks professional and the view from 4th floor was great (see pic)! This hotel is an ideal central location to stay with fjord (about hour away) [tip: the better view of fjord is not the visitor center, but rather L’Anse-de-Tabatière] and whale watching near Tadoussac (about 1.5 hours away). As far as food, the hotel is conveniently located next to restaurants (Georges was a great place to eat on the other side of street). Breakfast is by the menu, included in stay, with a modern room to eat (see pics). There is also walkway near river for a nice stroll in morning. Overall a great hotel!

Dirty towels were left in the room. Lighting; both the floor lamp and lamp behind bed did not work so very dark in room.

500 dollars for 2 nights for 2 people and 1 cat without breakfast. First the entrance is not practical if you have a lot of luggage because it has a lot of stairs without elevators. Then they have 2 trolleys for more than 100 rooms so go luck having one. Then they say they will send you someone to help ... Well I am still waiting. Then the bed is on top of a sofa 4 feet from the ground. And because I had a cat they gave me a view on that can't even be described. Airbnb would have been better I wish I had plan my trip earlier

We had booked a room one month in advance. Upon arrival the room had no air conditioning . This was a major problem since there was absolutely no ventilation in the room of any sort. It was impossible to breathe. When we asked to change rooms we were told that there were no more rooms. No effort was made to help us find other accommodation. I am truly not a complainer by disposition so I am only leaving this review reluctantly, but this was disdainful service. Please understand that the staff was very courteous and respectful but utterly useless. Our payments were immediately refunded without problem. We were forced to take whatever accommodation was available which cost a great deal more since we had no other options. Allow this not disastrous, but a truly unpleasant experience.

Dirty crampy floor, worn-out mattress feel like the hotel is letting go. Ex there's a coffee machine in the lobby with an out-of-service sign and when we asked about it there was not even a glimpse of hope of it ever being repaired or replaced... service is hard to rate as mostly automated hotel

Great location right downtown, and beds were good. The washroom was very outdated and the washroom door was damaged in one corner. The elevator also seemed a little off, not leveling with the floor properly. Because of this, and the lack of a pool, I am not sure if this hotel should be 3 star. The staff were very nice, and I would definitely stay here again. But I think a few renovations would be good to really make this hotel shine.

Well renovated and maintained. Modern setup and minimalist good taste decoration. Nice large room. Minor details suggestion for improvement: more lights in room, towel bar in bathroom, bath robe, slippers, room safety box, in room bar, ... Some lights were not working; I reported it but nothing was done. No cleaning service during stay. Only 2 coffee pods and 2 tea bags; I was there for 4 nights and had to request more from the reception. Disappointing.
